Maintenance Technician

Overview

Maintenance Technician at Classic Aire Care. HVAC maintenance technicians with opportunities for growth and competitive incentives.

• Performs service and repairs on all HVAC, refrigeration, and control systems
• Responsible for company work vehicle, parts inventory and equipment assigned to company work vehicle
• Replaces electrical components such as compressors, contractors, motor starters; relays and diagnoses any electrical or mechanical components related to them
• Occasionally changes out gas and oil furnaces and split air conditioning systems; installs ductless air conditioning and heat pumps, sheet metal installations, refrigeration, condensate, and PVC venting
• Procures all material in a timely manner to meet client service level agreements for scheduled completion date
• Promotes and sells new HVAC products by observing customer equipment and inquiring of the customer
• Learn the company service price book to efficiently provide quotes to customers while minimizing lost sales opportunities
• Prepares customer invoicing and maintains customer information in database
• Uses tools and equipment on the company vehicle safely and effectively
• Responds immediately to emergency situations and customer concerns
• Maintains 100% customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations
• Performs all work to industry standards with professionalism in manner and appearance
• Complies with applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency requirements, and company directives related to building operations and safe work practices
• Performs any other duties as assigned

• Work Experience:
  
  Three (3) years HVAC Service Technician experience preferred
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent
• Computer

  Climate control certificate in HVAC

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on experience
