The Patch Boys of St. Louis is looking to add a full-time, multi-skilled drywall repair technician. We are a well‑established, expert Drywall Repair Company. Our business is growing, and we are seeking experienced drywall repair, patching, and finishing technicians to join our team. This position requires creative thought and problem‑solving on a daily basis and an ability to work effectively and efficiently without supervision.

Although we pride ourselves on top‑quality work, a start‑to‑finish control of your own worksite and customer service (including cleanliness and foot traffic, protection of customer property, etc.) is absolutely mandatory.

• Texture and finish drywall and plaster services
• Work on both new and existing walls and ceilings
• Determine and identify proper materials and quantities for projects
• Evaluate customer requests, troubleshoot customer issues, and present a description of work to a customer
• Fit and fasten wallboard or sheetrock into a specified position
• Measure, mark, and cut materials, taking into account framing, drywall, and trim
• Install insulation between studs and attach a plastic moisture barrier over the installation, as required
• Remove old/damaged plaster, drywall, or paneling, as required

• A minimum of 2 years proven experience in hanging, installing, patching, repairing, and finishing drywall including texture matching (with references)
• Own hand tools and knives
• Must own a smartphone with a data plan
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass a drug screening
• Exceptional customer service skills

Compensation: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour.
