• Perform repairs and replacements of ADA operators, manual and swing doors, door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, hollow metal, storefront, and automatic folding, swing, and sliding doors.
• Service a variety of doors, equipment, and control devices.
• Use carpentry skills for partition framing with metal/wood studs and installation of doors and windows.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on commercial doors, automatic doors, door hardware, storefront doors, door closers, and emergency exit devices.
• Manage multiple projects and work well under time constraints.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working independently or in a team.
• Ensure strong attention to detail and adherence to processes.
• Provide excellent customer service orientation.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

• 2+ years as an automatic door installer or service technician.
• AAADM certification preferred.
• Proficient service of a variety of doors, equipment, and control devices.
• Carpentry-partition framing with metal/wood studs; installation of doors/windows.
• Experience with commercial doors, automatic doors, door hardware, storefront doors, door closers, emergency exit devices, and preventative maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Clean driving record for company vehicle operation.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under time constraints.
• Team‑player with independent work capability.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to succeed in a highly fast‑paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of experience in automatic door installation or service, with AAADM certification preferred. Experience with brands such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy is a plus.
