A fast-growing mechanical and building controls contractor is seeking a talented Travelling Controls Technician based in St. Louis, MO. • Title: Travelling Controls Technician
• Location: Based in St. Louis, MO
• Travel: 75–90% Nationwide (flights, accommodations, and weekly per diem covered)
• Compensation: Up to $90,000 DOE + Discretionary Bonus

• Install, configure, and commission Building Automation Systems (BAS) at multiple project locations across the U.S.
• Troubleshoot, adjust, and update existing BAS programs (Delta and Tridium experience preferred)
• Conduct point‑to‑point verification, functional testing, and full system commissioning
• Assist with HVAC equipment start‑up, wiring terminations, and controls integration
• Communicate clearly with clients, general contractors, and internal team members
• Work closely with mechanical and controls staff to complete projects efficiently

• 3+ years of experience as a Controls Technician or BAS field specialist
• Familiar with Tridium, Delta, and/or Johnson FX controls platforms
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience modifying control sequences
  
  Willing to travel for extended periods (2‑week to multi‑month assignments)
• Must be St. Louis‑based for travel dispatch and home office purposes
