This is a full‑time Technical Support Manager position focused on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, installation support, and project management for equipment ranging from 5‑ton to 100‑ton rooftop units.

• Provide technical service and support for commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Lead installation and commissioning of new systems.
• Plan and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a team leader, fostering a fun and energetic workplace.

• Minimum 5 years hands‑on experience on commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Experience with roof‑top units, split systems, heat pumps, unit heaters, infrared heaters, make‑up air systems, walk‑in coolers, freezers, warehouse coolers, cold storage freezers, ice machines, ventilation systems, and kitchen hood systems.
• Technical Service and Support experience: 2 years (required).
• Project Management and Planning: 5 years (preferred).
• Mechanical Journeyman License preferred; registration will be supported if needed.
• Clean driving record, drug‑free, on‑call availability about once every 4‑5 weeks.

Pay: $25.00 – $50.00 per hour (full‑time). Additional commission and bonus opportunities available.

Year‑round work. On‑site in St. Louis, MO 63114. Relocation to St. Louis is preferred.
