Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel by following site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouse, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage;
Monitor inbound and outbound traffic flow at gates and/or checkpoints, verify identification and shipping documentation as required, and maintain visitor and vehicle logs per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disturbances, and/or medical incidents, and notify site leadership and/or public responders as needed;
Complete detailed written reports and daily activity logs, document irregular conditions, and communicate observations to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts
