You will conduct routine foot patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and monitor assigned areas while delivering standout customer service and clear communication. • Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a tech and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including documenting details and notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and conduct security‑related checks of doors, gates, and critical areas, reporting hazards, maintenance issues, and/or unusual conditions through required channels.
• Complete routine reports and activity logs, including incident reports, patrol observations, and shift handoffs, using client‑required systems and/or tools.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A state, county, and/or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
