Security Officer - Front Desk Concierge

Location: St. Louis

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Control access to the location by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, managing sign-in and sign-out logs, and directing guests to authorized destinations.;
Monitor CCTV, alarms, and other access control systems, document observations, and communicate concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, assisting with de-escalation, and completing detailed reports.;
Support security-related requirements common to aerospace and defense locations by following controlled entry protocols, maintaining confidentiality of visitor and employee information, and reporting suspicious activity to help to deter unauthorized access.
