Citadel Security USA is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer for a full-time asset protection position in the St. Louis area. This is a 34-hour weekly assignment with a steady afternoon-to-evening schedule. The role is retail-based and centers on maintaining awareness inside the store. The officer is expected to stay visible, pay attention to customer activity, and document issues when they arise.
Day-to-dayDuties Typically Include
- Remaining present on the sales floor and near high-traffic areas
- Watching for theft, safety concerns, or policy violations
- Addressing situations through observation and documentation
- Notifying store leadership if an incident requires attention
- Completing daily activity logs before the end of shift
This position requires someone dependable who can work the posted schedule consistently and maintain a professional presence in a customer‑facing environment.
Basic Requirements- Metro Unarmed Guard Card preferred, or the ability to obtain one
- Clear communication and report writing ability
- Reliable attendance
A Metro Unarmed Guard Card is required and must be obtained within 30 days of hire if not already active.
Training and uniforms are provided. The weekly schedule remains consistent for this assignment.
