Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at an academic location by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting campus partners and/or emergency services as directed by post orders;
Monitor access points and observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic for unusual activity, assisting students, staff, and visitors with directions and general inquiries as needed;
Complete security-related reports and logs, communicate observations to site leadership, and support special events and after-hours operations when assigned
