Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and client staff by carrying out security-related procedures and policies;
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and coordinate with management and emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor access points and high-traffic locations and assist with crowd flow and opening/closing routines;
Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports and coordinate with on-site personnel and law enforcement when requested
