Your visible presence and professional communication will support a positive experience for all visitors and tenants. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license as you conduct routine patrols and respond to security-related situations throughout the property.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity.

+ Assist with access control and visitor management as required by site protocols.

+ Help to deter unauthorized activity and/or violations of site rules through visible presence and attentive patrols.

+ Document and report all incidents, observations, and actions taken in accordance with Allied Universal and client procedures.

+ Collaborate with property management and/or other personnel as needed to address security-related concerns within the commercial real estate environment.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + At least one year of security-related experience is required.

+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Applicants who are comfortable using a computer or tablet are preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
