Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer. The role focuses on customer service in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and other facilities.

  Full‑Time, 2nd Shift – Thursday through Friday, 5 p.m. to 5 a.m.;
  Saturday, 6 p.m. to 5 a.m.
• Competitive hourly wage of $18 per hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

• Welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Managing access control
• Conducting regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspecting security equipment and reporting maintenance needs
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, and coordinating with emergency teams
• Answering questions in person or by phone
• Writing incident reports and communicating security concerns
• Ensuring the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED (documentation required)
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum age 21 years
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer proficiency
• Prior Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State security license, if required, must be held

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
