• Monitor security service performance and availability; provide recommendations on security equipment, software, and services.
• Conduct ongoing investigations: inspect information security alarms and events to assess vulnerability and impact.
• Implement processes: establish structured risk assessment procedures, perform continuous threat and vulnerability assessments, and evaluate controls and countermeasures to mitigate risk.
• Participate in architecture reviews to ensure adherence to information security architecture.
• Develop response plans to prevent, detect, analyze, and respond to information security incidents.
• Design and deliver education and training programs on information security and privacy matters.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and at least 3 years of experience; or 5+ years in IT security or a related field.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with ownership of processes and procedures.
• Hands‑on technical experience with next‑gen firewall solutions (mid to expert level), endpoint security, SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and certificate management.
