Security Officer 1 Part Time at AAA Auto Club Enterprises.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (Day Flex Hours).

• Perform access control and monitor all access/exit points for anomalies.
• Conduct routine patrols of the perimeter, exterior and interior of the property to ensure safety and protect property.
• Enforce club policies and respond to security incidents in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Engage in security training and complete written reports; document daily activities.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and provide emergency/incident response as assigned by the Security Office.
• Maintain professionalism and composure in emergency situations; assess situations quickly and exercise sound independent judgment.
• Use technology to process information and improve security and communications; follow detailed, step-by-step procedures.
• Demonstrate strong multitasking skills and a detail-oriented focus; work independently with minimal direction.

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalency
• Minimum one (1) year security work experience in a professional setting
• Guard card required
• Experience performing technical procedures and completing reports
• Comfortable working under pressure
• Commitment to quality service
• Familiarity with security policies and procedures
• Ability to assess and quickly react to emergency situations while maintaining composure and professionalism
• Ability to follow detailed procedures
• Understand operational priorities, take initiative, and exercise sound independent judgment
• Capable of working independently without extensive direction or oversight
• Use technology to process information, improve security and communications
• Strong multitasking and detail-oriented skills
• Preferred certifications: baton, mace, handcuffing, CPR/First Aid/AED
