What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory
  • Support local, regional, and national trade shows and sales meetings
  • Provide technical and administrative product information and demonstrations to customers
  • Maintain effective relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
  • Monitor sales performance and provide feedback for marketing program development
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or 8+ years of operating room sales experience
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to develop rapport with customers within the sales region
  • Maintain operating room credentialing certifications, including relevant training and screenings
  • Ability to handle extensive overnight travel and work in operating room and tradeshow conditions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in operating room sales, particularly in Plastics or ENT
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building customer relationships
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and practices
