What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Develop business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory
- Support local, regional, and national trade shows and sales meetings
- Provide technical and administrative product information and demonstrations to customers
- Maintain effective relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback for marketing program development
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or 8+ years of operating room sales experience
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to develop rapport with customers within the sales region
- Maintain operating room credentialing certifications, including relevant training and screenings
- Ability to handle extensive overnight travel and work in operating room and tradeshow conditions
- Experience in operating room sales, particularly in Plastics or ENT
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building customer relationships
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and practices
