What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the St. Louis, MO territory
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Educate stakeholders about oncology products and their patient-centered uses
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders in the oncology field
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience OR a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
  • Experience in the healthcare or scientific field, preferably in oncology
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnight trips (10 - 15%)
  • Must reside in or be within a reasonable distance to the assigned district
  • Proven ability to analyze complex buying environments and develop strategic plans
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of oncology field-based sales experience
  • Documented history of strong performance in a sales or clinical oncology role
  • Previous experience with oncology therapeutic sales to oncology customers
  • Knowledge of multidisciplinary team structures and cancer treatment pathways
