Customer Service Specialist – AAA Auto Club Enterprises

We are seeking a career‑minded, service‑driven professional to join our branch network and support AAA members with insurance and membership services.

• Receive comprehensive training on AAA products and services, enabling confident member interaction and cross‑selling.

• Provide exceptional service to members in‑branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and insurance billing, passport photos, planning road trips, and cashiering duties.
• Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team members.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Be available during branch hours:
  Monday‑Friday 9 am‑5:30 pm and rotating Saturdays 9 am‑1 pm; closed Sundays and most holidays.

• Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or a similar customer‑service/sales environment.
• Advanced customer‑service skills.
• Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays.
• Ability to travel locally when necessary.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics.
• Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Adaptability to change and ability to meet deadlines.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
• Eligibility to qualify for a Personal Lines Insurance License.
