Our Pharmaceutical Sales Rep team provides the overall direction for our company, offering tools and support to rise to any challenge through collaborative effort and competitive spirit. These values help our reps set goals based on the organization’s potential and what we hope it will become.

We are seeking a consistent, driven, high‑performance individual with proven selling skills to join our innovative and skilled Sales Rep organization.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell products to current and potential customers within a defined geography.
  • Develop, analyze, prioritize, and execute territory plans to achieve business results through compliant means.
  • Use functional and technical knowledge of pharmacology products, healthcare, pharmaceutical marketplaces, managed care, and customer markets to meet or exceed customer needs.
  • Understand and execute sales territory management and customer development.
  • Establish and maintain excellent communications and sound working relationships with physicians and healthcare providers.
Qualifications
  • Some sales abilities or experience in a quota‑driven role.
  • Education or knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
  • Demonstrated sustained, high performance in the current position and strong aptitude for learning.
  • High sense of urgency, particularly with regards to customer‑service orientation.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand market opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly driven, performance‑based, fast‑paced, results‑oriented culture.
  • Maintain a high degree of integrity and be highly ethical at all times.
