Job Description

As an Entry‑Level Sales Associate at Simploy, you will embark on a robust career path that is both challenging and rewarding. Your initial focus will be on acquiring a deep understanding of the PEO industry, mastering our unique value proposition, and developing essential sales skills through networking and strategic account targeting.

Responsibilities
  • Continually develop your knowledge and skills in sales techniques, industry trends, and Simploy’s product offerings.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to strategically target accounts and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage and track sales opportunities from prospecting to closing using our process tracking software, Tallyfy.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential and current referral sources to secure end‑user referrals.
  • Participate in conventions, conferences, and trade shows to represent Simploy and network with industry professionals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and introduce Simploy’s services.
  • Overcome client objections with a consultative approach, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our service.
Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport and nurturing relationships.
  • Enthusiastic, organized, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
  • Independent thinker valuing autonomy and creativity, with a willingness to travel for company-sponsored events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is beneficial, but not necessary.

Career Development:
Within the first 18 months, you are expected to transition from learning to profitability. Your development will be supported by a transparent roadmap, with consistent opportunities to provide feedback to leadership and clearly outlined mile markers.
