Medical Sales Representative – Progressive Medical, Inc. (PMI)

Location:

St. Louis/North Missouri and Central Illinois area.

Total compensation in the first year: $90K - $110K plus uncapped commissions. The base salary is complemented by an uncapped commission program, defined and protected territories, approved expenses, mileage reimbursement, insurance benefits package, and 401(k) matching.

We are seeking a self‑motivated, experienced field sales representative who can sell medical/surgical products and identify new opportunities with existing and new customers. Success will be measured by meeting sales quotas, attracting new accounts, and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Sell medical and surgical products to operating rooms, inpatient pharmacy and/or compounding pharmacies, ambulatory surgery centers, and/or IV therapy locations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both new and existing customers.
  • Maintain defined and protected territories and drive sales growth.
  • Manage sales activities to meet or exceed assigned quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the healthcare sector.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales record with a documented history of success in the medical/surgical field.
  • Experience selling in operating rooms, inpatient pharmacy, compounding pharmacies, ambulatory surgery centers, and/or IV therapy.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and a self‑motivated drive to achieve results.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Other Benefits:
