- Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Nurture leads through various channels to move them through the sales funnel.
- Meet weekly call quotas.
- Manage and update CRM systems to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date lead information.
- Develop and maintain targeted lead lists for effective outreach.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaign performance and drive revenue growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales and marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or related roles.
- Strong cold‑calling and prospecting skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and lead management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies, including digital marketing techniques.

- Base Salary: Base Salary plus Competitive Commission and Bonus Structures
