Sales Development Representative Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth through effective cold‑calling, lead nurturing, CRM management, and strategic guidance on sales and marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, marketing knowledge, and strong communication skills to engage prospects and support the overall sales and marketing efforts of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Nurture leads through various channels to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Meet weekly call quotas.
  • Manage and update CRM systems to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date lead information.
  • Develop and maintain targeted lead lists for effective outreach.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaign performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales and marketing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or related roles.
  • Strong cold‑calling and prospecting skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and lead management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies, including digital marketing techniques.
  • Continuous learning mindset with a willingness to adapt to changing market dynamics.
Compensation Plan
  • Base Salary: Base Salary plus Competitive Commission and Bonus Structures
