We’re looking for an ADT Solutions Advisor for businesses. You’ll use our line of innovative automation and smart security products and solutions, helping businesses become smarter and safer each day. This role involves providing solutions by visiting customers at their homes or businesses and working closely with customers and coworkers in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

• Build strong relationships with customers and deliver a great customer experience.
• Deliver the value of our innovative security and smart business solutions.
• Explain our products and services in-depth and recommend the right solutions.
• Visit customers at their homes or businesses to provide solutions.
• Adapt quickly to customer needs and industry trends.

• Self‑motivated and tech‑savvy.

• Business insight and knowledge of key small‑business industries.
• Curiosity for the newest technology.
• Can prioritize time well and work flexible hours.

• Uncapped commission plus a training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks.
• Commission paid on a percentage of the products or services sold, with eligible monthly performance bonus.
• Experienced sales advisors can expect to earn $85,000; top performers can earn over $150,000.
