Sales Representative, Business Development
Overview
Interface Systems is looking Regional Sales Representative to help us maintain and grow our market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with experience in the security industry being a strong asset. They will be responsible for managing a sales territory, developing relationships with new and existing customers, and achieving sales targets. The Commercial Sales Representative will be a self-starter with a high level of motivation and a desire to succeed.

- Working with managers to develop plans for reaching sales goals in specific territories
- Meeting regularly with managers to discuss progress toward sales goals and discuss any challenges that may be impeding progress
- Providing customer service support to customers by answering questions about products or services offered by the company
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with current clients and identifying potential new clients within an assigned territory
- Negotiating pricing terms with potential clients or customers in order to close deals
- Identifying potential clients within an assigned territory who could use the product or service being offered by the company
- Presenting products or services to potential clients in order to attract new business or increase sales of existing products or services
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients within an assigned territory
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years sales experience, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both internal and external customers.
- Self-motivated and driven personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
