Compensation: $55,000–$60,000 base salary + uncapped commission

As a Sales Consultant, you will manage the full sales cycle and drive new revenue through prospecting, discovery, and closing.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and generate new B2B business through cold calling, referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
- Conduct needs-based discovery to understand payroll and HR challenges
- Present customized payroll and HR solutions to decision-makers
- Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM tools
- Close new business and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
- Attend networking events and develop referral partnerships
- Collaborate with implementation and client success teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in a quota-driven role
- Strong prospecting and cold-calling experience
- Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- High-energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
- Payroll, HR, HCM, or SaaS sales experience
- Familiarity with platforms such as ADP, Paychex, Paycom, Paylocity, Paycor, iSolved, or similar
