Location: St. Louis, MO (In Office / Field-Based)

Compensation: $55,000–$60,000 base salary + uncapped commission

What You'll Do

As a Sales Consultant, you will manage the full sales cycle and drive new revenue through prospecting, discovery, and closing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new B2B business through cold calling, referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
  • Conduct needs-based discovery to understand payroll and HR challenges
  • Present customized payroll and HR solutions to decision-makers
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM tools
  • Close new business and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Attend networking events and develop referral partnerships
  • Collaborate with implementation and client success teams to ensure smooth onboarding
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in a quota-driven role
  • Strong prospecting and cold-calling experience
  • Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • High-energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
Preferred Experience
  • Payroll, HR, HCM, or SaaS sales experience
  • Familiarity with platforms such as ADP, Paychex, Paycom, Paylocity, Paycor, iSolved, or similar
