Responsibilities
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of homeowners
  • Perform inspections and guide homeowners through the roofing process
  • Close deals and coordinate with our fulfillment team for smooth installs
  • Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and drive
Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in outside sales
  • Confident, coachable, and hungry for success
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to knock doors or work referrals
  • Thrives in a competitive, fast-paced, team-first environment

Requirements
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass criminal background and MVR checks
  • Ability to travel to Annual Sales Training
  • Ability to carry 50 lbs.
  • Ability to thrive outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Willingness to work 10 am – 8 pm, Monday – Friday;
    Saturdays may be required
