Join the growing Sensient Colors North America sales team as a Technical Inside Sales Representative focused on our vibrant food color business. If you’re energized by engaging conversations, building relationships, and driving results, we want you to be part of our exciting journey.

• Qualify customer information, maintain a sales pipeline, and implement sales strategies.
• Prepare quotations, pricing, and communicate appropriate information to management while maintaining related records and customer files.
• Grow sales revenue and build long‑term client relationships through excellent organization, project management, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Use a proactive and consultative approach to connect primarily via phone and online meetings, with occasional field visits to key accounts.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a science field with laboratory experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in B2B sales.
• Technical acumen to make an impact in the business.
