Location: St. Louis
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales & a strong understanding of the construction & design industries. This role is focused on developing & nurturing relationships with key business accounts, managing the sales cycle for commercial projects & ensuring successful project execution from bid to completion.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop & manage a portfolio of B2B accounts, including home builders, general contractors, kitchen & bath dealers, architects & interior designers.
Proactively identify & pursue new commercial sales opportunities and project leads through networking, industry events & relationship building.
Conduct on-site meetings to review project plans, take measurements & assist clients in selecting the right materials for their projects.
Read & interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to prepare accurate & competitive bids.
Prepare detailed quotes, manage project timelines, & serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with our templating, fabrication, & installation teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule & to the highest quality standards.
Achieve and exceed quarterly & annual sales and profitability targets.
QualificationsMinimum of 3-5 years of B2B/B2C sales experience in the building materials, construction, or design industries.
Demonstrated ability to develop & maintain long-term professional relationships.
Experience with reading & interpreting blueprints, architectural plans, or project specifications is a must.
Strong organizational & project management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, & capable of working independently.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for client & job site travel within the St. Louis Metro Area.
