RESPONSIBILITIESAssociate Account Executives are enrolled in a comprehensive outside B2B Sales Training Program that teaches a relationship‑driven, client‑focused approach to selling consulting and professional services. Once training is complete, 80% of your time is spent in front of customer decision makers building partnerships, pipeline opportunities, and securing win‑win engagements. The solution‑based selling approach includes a Relationship Lifecycle methodology, a structured sales playbook, and quantitative activity‑based goals.
Primary drivers for success:
- Strategically identify opportunities and pursuits in 3‑5 designated target accounts
- Build and sustain long‑lasting relationships with new and existing clients through onsite meetings, presentations, and outings such as ball games, dinners, and golf
- Consult with clients to create solutions that drive change and deliver positive outcomes
- Act as a client advocate focused on improving the experience of targeted accounts
- Present to C‑suite executives and champion solutions for project roadmaps
- Continuously meet and exceed target sales goals
- Set personal and team goals through frequent sprint sessions with manager and sales support team
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company
- Multi‑stage sales training beginning with organizational and sales foundations
- Sales Readiness program to equip you with the sales playbook, core competencies, and key selling skills
- Role‑playing situational selling exercises and ride‑alongs with Senior Account Executives
- Establish your client portfolio and foster executive‑level relationships
- In‑person training at headquarters to apply knowledge in practice
- Continued education as you ramp up in your sales career
