I'm hiring 3 foundational members for LuMay AI's GTM team to bring our enterprise AI products to market. This is a ground-floor opportunity to redefine how industries like finance, healthcare, and legal use AI. We want builders who seek a significant stake in our success.
Open Roles- Fractional VP of Sales (Part-time) – Strategic leader to build our sales engine.
- Sales Manager / AE (Full/Part-time) – Hunter to navigate enterprise deals from discovery to close.
- Sales Engineer (Full/Part-time) – Technical translator to bridge business pain and our AI solutions.
Enterprise-grade AI agents & workflow automation with a focus on security, governance, and measurable ROI for regulated industries. Our buyers are CIOs, CTOs, and VPs of Ops.
What we're looking for- Sales Roles: Proven enterprise SaaS sales experience, pipeline generation skills in greenfield markets, and comfort with complex security/compliance talks.
- Sales Engineer: Talent for compelling demos, technical discovery, and handling RFPs/security reviews.
This is an upside-focused role for builders who want a significant stake in the company. The package includes:
- Aggressive, uncapped commission on all closed deals.
- Meaningful equity reflecting your foundational role.
- A competitive base salary will be introduced after we hit initial revenue targets together.
This is a founding-team opportunity for those motivated by ownership and massive upside.
