Summary

/ Objective

As the Territory Business Manager, you will promote Beta Bionics products and services within your assigned geography. You will manage the sales process in endocrinology practices, internal medicine, and some primary care offices, working closely with the Clinical Diabetes Specialist and Inside Sales Specialist to achieve and exceed sales results through strategic targeting, business planning/analytics, and strong customer relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive and meet/exceed territory sales goals.
  • Develop business plans, prioritize territories, and use analytics to manage territory through
  • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and office staff.
  • Demonstrate product expertise in Beta Bionics’ solutions.
  • Establish mutually beneficial relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Diabetes Specialists and Inside Sales Specialists.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams:
    Market Access, Marketing, Customer Care.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of diabetes disease state, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Problem‑solve in a fast‑paced, start‑up environment.
Required

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in medical device/tech and/or biopharma.
  • Diabetes sales experience required.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
  • Prior insulin pump sales experience.
Work Environment
  • Field‑based position. Candidate must reside in the specified geography.
Physical Demands
  • Independent mobility and computer interaction required.
  • Travel required as business demands.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary ranges from $90,000 to $120,000, plus a commission target, resulting in an annual earnings target of $169,500 to $199,500. Beta Bionics also offers equity, comprehensive health, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, 401(k) with match, open PTO, and 10 paid holidays.
