Pre-Sales Screener Representative - Fenton

Car Shield is seeking talent to join its growing Pre‑Sales team. This role is responsible for having the initial conversation with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and setting up customers with our Sales department. Successful candidates will have excellent communication and customer service skills, strong work ethic, and be motivated by goals and bonus potential!

• Gather key information from prospective customers and support their transition to the Sales team.
• Maintain a consistently positive attitude and customer‑first approach to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain current knowledge of products and services offered.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• $17/hour, plus performance bonus (average ~$20/hour)

• Experience in a call center a plus (training will be provided).
