• Generate new leads in a B2B environment and supplement them with referrals.
• Retain clients by building relationships and growing portfolios through relationship management and cross‑consulting.
• Represent the highest ethical standards and treat others with dignity, respect, and genuine concern.
• Commit fully to our 12‑week onboarding program without interruption.

• Experience in a quota‑driven, self‑sourcing sales environment for small to medium‑size clients.
• Cold‑calling and self‑sourcing leads experience.
• Ability to develop a plan to build pipeline and generate top‑line revenue growth.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self‑starter attitude.

NO cap on earning potential. Base pay plus high residual commission split, bi‑weekly new account signing bonuses.
