CMIT is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and client-focused Account Coordinator to join our team! You will report to the Lead Account Manager and work with our Account Management Team to ensure our services meet each client’s needs and continuously seek additional ways to assist them. A curiosity about technology will go a long way, even if you are not a technology guru.
Responsibilities- Prepare for Business Reviews with Account Managers
- Evaluate client technology and services
- Create reports
- Clean up data
- Quote and source: research products and pricing through approved sites and create client review quotes
- Assist Account Managers with client projects
- Ensure excellent customer service and teamwork practices
- Research client satisfaction issues
- Maintain client monthly reporting
- Assist with client onboardings
- Handle miscellaneous office administrative tasks
- Excellent customer service/relationship management
- Enjoyment of meeting with clients in person and via virtual platforms
- Analytical and reporting skills
- Administrative writing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to multi‑task, adapt, and prioritize
- Strong time management abilities
- Professional demeanor and communication (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility, teamwork, energy, empathy, and self‑motivation
- Willingness to support CMIT’s culture and participate actively
- Desire to learn and grow within an ever‑changing industry
Become the primary Account Manager for client accounts, gaining additional clients and responsibilities through tenure.
