Key Responsibilities
  • Required:
    • Receive, process, and monitor customer orders.
    • Communicate with sales and production to ensure customer expectations are met.
    • Maintain accurate records and manage change orders promptly.

Team & Reporting Structure
  • Join a team of three Sales Support Specialists supporting multiple sales representatives.
  • Reports to an operations leader with a dotted line to sales leadership.
