Overview

Objective—This position will support the sales team by ensuring accurate and timely entry of sales-related information into the CRM System. Responsible for maintaining data integrity, generating reports, and assisting with process optimization to enable the sales force to focus on customer engagement and business development.

Key Result Areas
  • CRM Data
    • Enter and update sales data, customer information, and activity records in CRM
    • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all sales‑related records
    • Support sales representatives with CRM usage, troubleshooting, and best practices
    • Assist in the integration and analysis of sales data from multiple sources
    • Maintain CRM Documentation including user guides, process documentation and training materials for the team
  • Reporting
    • Generate regular and ad hoc reports for sales management
    • Coordinate with key account managers to track progress on key opportunities and market mapping projects
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales data and reporting
  • Process Improvement
    • Assist in CRM System upgrade projects
    • Contribute to process improvements and recommend enhancements
  • Support Functions
    • Provide administrative support for sales meetings, pre‑call planning, and customer visits
    • Support in IBP Demand Process as needed
    • Contribute to ITP Process for customer demand and work closely with the demand planner
Qualifications
  • Three years’ experience in CRM Systems and sales data (e.g. MS D365, Salesforce, SAP, etc.)
  • High level MS Office Suite skills (strong focus on Excel, PPT, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in sales support, administration, or operations is desirable
Working Conditions
  • Hybrid position. Minimum of 3 days in the office. Normal office working environment. Possibility of very limited travel.
