Lead Stylist St. Louis

As a Full-time Lead Stylist, you will be responsible for supporting the store management team regarding the floor operations at Jaxen Grey. You will be part of a talented team of managers and sales stylists working towards individual, team, and company-wide goals. You will be responsible for bringing the Jaxen Grey mission, vision, and culture to life within our retail stores.

• Actively sell to customers while leading and supporting Sales Stylists.
• Coordinate staff to achieve sales, service, and customer satisfaction goals through prompt, knowledgeable, and engaging service.
• Support recruiting efforts to build a talented team that thrives within Jaxen Grey’s culture.
• In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, full-time Lead Stylists help coach and lead the styling floor and team.
• When Store and Assistant Managers are unavailable, full-time Lead Stylists also oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, alterations, break schedules, inventory management, and maintaining merchandising and visual standards.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Maintains sales expectation of at least 10% of store sales, ATV $210 & UPT 2.0
