• Interact with guests to ensure a great experience, valuing their time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating value and benefits.
• Conduct accurate, timely guest transactions and execute omnichannel programs.
• Continuously engage with guests on the floor and attend to guest or store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action and "make it right."

• Must be legally authorized to work in the store’s country.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Provide proof of Right to Work and other required documentation.
• Have ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
• Move through store to help guests and accomplish work.
• Move boxes up to 30 lbs.
• Work as part of a team and independently.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Base Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.71 /hour (subject to minimum wage in the location)

Target Bonus: $2.00 /hour

Total Target Base Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.71 /hour
