Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our 3930 Lindell Blvd location in St. Louis! We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented leader to help drive our success in this fast-paced environment.

• Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries or concerns
• Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Participate in staff training and development initiatives
• Assist in scheduling and managing staff to meet business needs
• Contribute to creating a positive work environment and team culture
• Collaborate with the General Manager on strategic planning and goal-setting
• Handle cash management and financial reporting responsibilities

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems
• Valid driver's license with 2 years of experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Familiarity with the St. Louis area and local customer preferences is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred
• Previous experience in the food service or retail industry is advantageous
