Overhead Door Company of St. Louis, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking to hire an Administration Coordinator at our office in St. Louis, MO. This is a great opportunity for a detail‑oriented, organized individual to join a team of dedicated professionals. The role will provide support in the day‑to‑day operations of the department/division and be responsible for identifying and resolving issues in areas that may include Accounting, Operations, Sales, Receiving, Shipping, Customer Service, Purchasing, Project Management, and Inventory Control.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensures excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of service, communication, and coordination with other departments to resolve inquiries.
  • Possesses strong assessment and problem‑solving skills related to resolving customer issues.
  • Might mentor or give direction to team members and provide training on best practices. May assist management in ensuring performance goals are met.
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as record keeping, e‑mail, and management of documents and records.
  • Utilizes company software and systems to generate department/division reports for management’s review.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Communicates with vendors, suppliers, and customers before, during, and after the sale.
  • Creates, maintains, and monitors purchase order, and inventory transfers.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
  • Other duties as may be assigned.
