Location: St. Louis
Responsibilities
The Saint Louis Zoo is seeking energetic, responsible and service-oriented applicants for seasonal employment opportunities in the Satellite Gift Shops. Job duties include cash handling, stocking, cleaning, bending, picking up merchandise, interacting with visitors, and other duties as assigned. The starting rate for this position is $15.00 per hour but may increase based on availability and experience.
Qualifications- Basic math and computer skills.
- Some retail experience with cash registers and/or POS systems is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for 8 or more hours, and be comfortable working outside.
- Flexible work schedule, including weekdays, some weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Successful candidates will be required to submit to a criminal background check.
