As a Retail Supervisor, you will lead and train Inventory Associates, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and operational excellence. The role requires strong coaching, problem‑solving, and the ability to foster a positive, inclusive team culture.
Key Responsibilities- Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters.
- Maintain a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for event‑related concerns, supporting directives from the Area or District Manager.
- Drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement to grow and develop the team.
- Uphold WIS Core Values (Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, Teamwork) in a safe and inclusive environment.
- Show passion for people, technology, and processes to help the team succeed.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills.
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilitiesnoma.
- Ability to work flexible, varied schedules in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
- Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and consistent commitment.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods with occasional walking, as well as repetitive motions with both hands and wrists. Tasks include squatting, kneeling, crouching, using ladders, lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs., and traveling by car or plane, including overnight stays.
