7‑Eleven is hiring a Store Leader Trainee to join our management team. Candidates should enjoy leading a team, driving profitability, and delivering excellent customer service. We are hiring immediately.

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, and encouraging productivity.
• Implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment complying with health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word and Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of retail management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to multitask, perform bending, standing, reaching, and lift up to 50 pounds.
