This role offers an hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $17.50 per hour, based on skills and experience.

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on the assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
• Recommend items for sale, trade‑up, and companion items to customers.
• Process returns, refunds, exchanges and other transactions as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, inventory, and maintain records; price merchandise as directed.
• Implement company asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
• Construct and maintain displays, resets, and revisions for promotion and sale merchandise.
• Assist with food item separation, stock rotation, and restocking using FIFO method.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including passport and other services.
• Handle web pick‑up responsibilities, monitoring orders and delivering to customers.
• Assist exterior and interior store maintenance to keep a clean and orderly appearance.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

• Attend training and complete performance and leadership programs (PPLs) requested by manager or assigned by corporate.

• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

• Six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens.
