Are you passionate about sports, fashion, and creating unforgettable customer experiences? The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver results, coaching, training, and leading Team Sales Leads and Sales Associates to hit store goals. You’ll ensure outstanding service and create a fun, fast‑paced shopping experience that feels like a retail pep rally.

• Staffing: shift management and leading others.
• Customer service: ensuring customers remain the top priority.
• Delivery results: inventory control and selling strategies.
• Merchandising: meeting visual standards, floor moves, organizing, and executing game‑planning.

• Ability to lead others.

• Minimum 3 years experience in clothing retail.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or team‑lead position.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Sports enthusiast preferred.

Required to stand, walk, talk, hear, use hands to handle objects, reach with hands and arms, differentiate colors. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in, on, around, over, and under fixed equipment and ladders.

Hourly $17.00 – $22.00
