Lead Stylist St. Louis

You will have the opportunity to style our customers across our 80+ inspiring menswear brands. You will be the customer facing ambassador of the Jaxen Grey brand, embodying our vision of providing the best customer experience possible. We work to inspire those around us to think differently and have the courage to step out of their comfort zone. You will also be assisting and supporting your managers and other retail staff in store operations, inventory management, and cleanliness and merchandising standards.

This is a full-time position at our Plaza Frontenac location. Hours include evenings and weekends.

• Actively sell to customers while leading and supporting Sales Stylists.
• Coordinate staff to achieve sales, service, and customer satisfaction goals through prompt, knowledgeable, and engaging service.
• Support recruiting efforts to build a talented team that thrives within Jaxen Grey’s culture.
• In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, full-time Sales Stylists help coach and lead the styling floor and team.
• When Store and Assistant Managers are unavailable, full-time Sales Stylists also oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, alterations, break schedules, inventory management, and maintaining merchandising and visual standards.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
