. We’re looking for music and pop culture fans to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Sales Associate, you’ll be a key part of our success by providing outstanding customer service, helping fans get the merch they love, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in a visually appealing way with a strong focus on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return, with product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Cover the sales floor zone and keep assigned areas up to visual standards.
• Operate the register to process sales transactions and drive add-on sales; assist with store processes such as BOPIS and curbside pickup; assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixtures, and merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and respective HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to ensure there’s no misuse of spells and wizardry around theft.
• Support the maintenance of the stock room; keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Demonstrate team spirit by communicating and working with others to get the job done.
• Any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous experience working in a retail environment. If you love music and pop culture, you’re in the right place!
• Superpowers in providing customer service and selling.
• Be at least 16 years of age to join the fandom force.
• Avenger-like collaboration and communication skills.
• The usual retail capabilities: able to navigate the store, merchandise products using approved store equipment, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodation).
