Salary: $18.50 per hour, plus a monthly bonus. Eligible 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability. Paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays) and sick time up to 64 hours per year (unless otherwise required by law). Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6 am – 10 pm.

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross‑train in all areas of store operations including stocking, sales, and associate duties.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of experience in a retail leadership role.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person, e‑mail, and telephone.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist safely, and climb up/down a ladder.
• Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IIPP (Injury and Illness Prevention Program).
• Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Adherence to attendance policy is necessary.
