We are hiring Closing Manager (Shift Manager) positions at McDonald's for restaurants owned and operated by independent franchisees. The role involves leading shift operations and ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for customers while maintaining Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who thrive in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate‑owned restaurant.
